Is this a letting agency?
Not exactly. We are a specialist compliance and property management service. On the Basic and Pro plans, we handle your legal obligations only — you keep the tenant relationship. On the London Full plan, we also manage your property day-to-day.
Do I need to be in London to use your service?
No. Our Basic and Pro compliance plans are available to any landlord across the UK — fully remote. The London Full plan (which includes physical property management) is currently available in Greater London only.
What is the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and how does it affect me?
The Renters' Rights Act came into force on 1 May 2026. Key changes include: abolition of Section 21 no-fault evictions, mandatory PRS Landlord Database registration, new periodic tenancy rules, rent increase restrictions, and pet request obligations. Fines range from £7,000 to £40,000 for non-compliance. We handle all of this for you.
Can you help Polish-speaking landlords?
Yes — this is one of our core strengths. We offer full support in Polish and English, including document translation, phone support and correspondence. Many of our clients are Polish landlords in the UK or overseas investors managing London properties.
